Home Builders Supply Co makes $15,000 donation to the Community Crossroads Shelter.
The owners and employees of Home Builders Supply Co (HBS) recognize that homelessness is a disabling condition and a complex issue that requires the support and attention of the whole community. This donation will be used to help the Shelter provide shelter and meals.
“Being neighbors to the Community Crossroads Shelter it was not lost on our team that people right around the corner from us were struggling with homelessness,” states Gray Blount, HBS, Vice President. “We wanted to lend a hand to our friends and neighbors who help the homeless, and those at risk of homelessness, in our town and Pitt County.
“We appreciate the support of our neighbor Home Builders Supply Company who have donated generously over the years. Their continued support allows us to continue providing emergency shelter and warm meals to homeless in Greenville. Without supporters like Home Builders Supply Company and others, we would be unable to continue to provide services to those in need,” stated Charles Young, Executive Director of Community Crossroads Center.
